| Rohu Fish Fry with Dosa |
At B'lore, when there are less time to elaborate fish curry, the easy option for us would be to buy rohu fish and just fry it.
The quick marination does the trick:
Chilly powder, turmeric, pepper and sometime I smear shallot ( mashed to a paste)
